Apply For Services

Individuals interested in participating in any of the programs or services offered by the Jefferson Council on Aging (JCOA) should complete an online application.  Your application will be assigned to an Individual Needs Assessor (INA) who will contact you to determine your eligibility to participate in the program or receive the service(s) you have applied for.  If you are interested in a program or service which is not included among those offered by JCOA, a counselor at the Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC) may be able to assist you in identifying another organization which provides it.  You can access the ADRC at (504) 888-5880.
